I highly recommend Salon 1604! The salon itself is clean, tasefully decorated, convienently located, has free parking in the back, and the staff are all friendly and professional. I especially recommend Priscilla. I have been going to her for the past 8 years. She genuinely cares about all of her clients and I would not trust my locks to anyone else. If you're looking for a stylist who will take the time to personalize your cut, color and look-she's the best!!!
